If you are not completely satisfied with your saddle pad, return your pad within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund (less shipping, handling and restocking fee).
Our liability is limited exclusively to the replacement, repair or refund of the product as determined by us. In no event will we be held liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This product is solely warranted by us against workmanship defects for a period of six months from the original date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, improper handling and accidental damage are expressly excluded under this warranty. For customer service please contact us for further instructions regarding your return. |
